Ryan Leach was born in 2004 in Buffalo, NY. He is a multidisciplinary artist. His work spans filmmaking, photography, painting, acting, writing, and directing. With a gritty, realistic voice, he blends a noir sensibility with the emotional depth and complexity of human relationships. Ryan grew up in Buffalo and discovered a love for storytelling early on. He later pursued a Film and Screen Studies degree at Pace University in New York City. Ryan is inspired by classic cinema. Movies such as Psycho, Casablanca, and The Godfather influence him. He crafts stories that immerse audiences in worlds of high stakes, tension, and moral ambiguity.  

At age 10, Ryan was diagnosed with Stargardt’s disease, a rare genetic eye condition that causes progressive vision loss. He doesn’t let this define his limits. Instead, he uses it as a source of inspiration. He pushes himself to explore creative avenues that amplify emotion, atmosphere, and perspective.  

Beyond film, Ryan expresses his artistic vision through photography and impressionist painting, using light and texture to evoke raw emotion. His work in film includes directing music videos such as OutWithOut and Sugar Pie. He crafts visually striking narratives that resonate deeply. He has a decadze of acting experience in musicals. He has also participated in independent productions. He has worked alongside emerging talents in the industry.  

As a writer, Ryan explores themes of identity, resilience, and the human condition. He uses intense dialogue and layered storytelling to captivate audiences. He is a skilled pianist. He focuses on interpretation rather than composition. He uses music as another lens to experience and convey emotion.  

Ryan is driven by a mission to inspire others. He especially wants to inspire those with disabilities who have been told they “can’t.” Ryan strives to prove that powerful storytelling knows no bounds. He creates vivid atmospheres. He focuses on flawed, dynamic characters. He aims to leave an indelible mark on cinema. He wants to empower others to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
