Rather than hosting traditional parties, Ryan curates experiences. His events are known for atmosphere, escalation, and detail, beginning with elegance and evolving into something bold, seductive, and alive.
Signature events include Casino Night, A Night at Leach Manor (Halloween), and the annual Ryan’s Holiday Gala, each with its own identity, visual language, and devoted following

CASINO NIGHT
Casino Night transformed Ryan Leach’s apartment into an intimate, high-stakes casino lounge, complete with roulette and blackjack tables, moving head lights, curated cocktails, and cinematic lighting that shifted the energy throughout the night.
The space was carefully staged to feel immersive rather than improvised. Moving head lights swept the room in warm golds and deep reds, creating a dynamic, “Hollywood backroom” atmosphere that evolved as the night progressed. Chandeliers, string lights, and candlelight softened the space, balancing glamour with intimacy.
Guests were served a curated cocktail menu led by a French 75, alongside additional classic cocktails designed to match the evening’s refined, old-money aesthetic. Drinks were styled and served to feel intentional, with champagne flutes, martini glasses, and dice details reinforcing the casino motif.
Night continued with food presented as a central visual moment rather than an afterthought. Grazing tables featured curated cheeses, cured meats, crackers, chocolates, and composed spreads styled with symmetry, functioning as both sustenance and set design.

A Night At Leach Manor
A Night at Leach Manor transformed Ryan Leach’s apartment into a fully immersive, cinematic Halloween experience, part gothic fantasy, part decadent nightmare. The event blurred the line between party and performance, with every room designed to feel intentional, theatrical, and slightly dangerous.
The space was reimagined through layered lighting, fog, candlelight, and deep red and blue washes that shifted the mood throughout the night. Chandeliers were draped in cobwebs, hallways became atmospheric corridors, and sculptural installations and eerie tableaus turned the apartment into something closer to a haunted set than a living space.
Food and drink functioned as both indulgence and spectacle. Elaborate grazing displays featured curated meats, cheeses, fruit, desserts, and dramatic Halloween-forward centerpieces, styled to feel as intentional as the décor itself.
Approximately an hour and a half into the night, the atmosphere shifted. As the Phantom of the Opera overture filled the apartment, Ryan made his entrance delayed by design. Guests screamed in genuine shock before breaking into laughter as he greeted them, welcoming everyone to his manor. The moment reframed the night: what had felt immersive became fully theatrical.
Moments later, the energy escalated. Costumes grew bolder, the rooms grew louder, and the night evolved from eerie elegance into controlled chaos, all without losing its sense of intention.

Ryans Third Annual Holiday Gala
Ryan’s Holiday Gala is an annual celebration built around warmth, spectacle, and tradition — a refined yet playful holiday experience that transforms the apartment into a cinematic winter scene.
The space is styled with layered garlands, candlelight, chandeliers, and rich holiday textures, creating an old-world, storybook atmosphere. Green walls, gold frames, and red accents frame the night with a classic elegance that feels timeless rather than trendy. Every room is designed to feel intimate, glowing, and alive.
Food and drink serve both as hospitality and as a visual centerpiece. Elaborate grazing tables feature curated cheeses, cured meats, crackers, pastries, and desserts, arranged symmetrically and lit like still-life paintings. The tables are not just functional, but theatrical, reinforcing the sense of abundance and celebration.
Midway through the night, the tone shifts into a whole spectacle. Santa Claus makes a surprise appearance, greeted by cheers, laughter, and phones instantly raised. As he enters, a snow machine fills the room, sending artificial snowfall through the chandeliers and over the crowd, turning the apartment into a living holiday scene. The moment blurs sincerity and absurdity in the best way: joyful, surreal, and unforgettable.
Guests gather around Santa for photos, drinks in hand, as snow falls indoors, a moment that feels equal parts childhood fantasy and decadent adult party. What could have felt kitschy instead becomes cinematic, embraced fully by the room.
Graciously unlike Ryan’s darker or more chaotic events, the Holiday Gala prioritizes connection and joy. The night unfolds warmly, people linger, talk, laugh, and return year after year knowing they’re part of something that has become a genuine tradition.
